Neg is a highly skilled stylist. She has a passion for special event styling, turning hair from boring to fabulous in plenty of time for you to make it to your special event. 

Neg also loves coloring with a unique touch for balayage.

Michelle K.

Position: Level 4 Stylist 

Michelle is a professional stylist who is passionate for her work behind the chair. Michelle is always furthering her education by attending classes at the Redken Exchange in NYC. She loves getting that color formula just right for maximum grey coverage, then finishing your look with an amazing cut and style.

Michelle

Position: Level 4 Stylist 

Michelle is highly trained in many different aspects of color.  She particularly loves to blow dry hair for a style that will last you for days.  Michelle will also use her highlighting and balayage techniques to bring out all of your blonde tones.

Digna

Position: Level 3 Stylist 

Digna lives by the words “Let the beauty of what you love, be what you do.”  Digna has always worked to perfect her skills as a stylist and colorist by continuing her education in this ever changing industry.  Digna’s goal is to combine your needs , with her creativity to achieve the perfect style.

Sue

Position: Level 5 Stylist 

Sue has not only been a talented stylist but also an educator in the industry, responsible for training and placing new stylists.  Sue loves all aspects of hair design, especially adding body and life to thinning and aging hair.

Stephanie

Position: Level 2 Stylist 

Stephanie has a special talent for men’s hair styling using a straight edge razor to get a clean look. She is excited to continue to get promoted and grow behind the chair. 

You will love how Stephanie pays attention to detail and keeps up with the latest trends in balayage and hair painting.

Jennifer 

Position: Level 3 Stylist. 

Jennifer is a master at keeping her book running on time and in order. Her flexible work week allows her to accommodate you and your busy schedule. She loves to create special looks for proms and weddings. Jennifer will also give you a lasting color and cut that is manageable and trendy.

Alycia

Position: Assistant 

Alycia is a graduate of Empire Beauty School. She loves being in such a fun and refreshing salon. Alycia has attended many color classes and is always eager to learn more about the industry. 

Lauren

Position: Assistant 

Lauren is a graduate of Capri Institute. She loves working in a such a great, energetic environment and takes pride in making sure every client has a positive experience. 

Jaclyn 

Position: Assistant 

Jaclyn is a graduate of Paramus Technological school. She continues to keep up in her education by attending color and Keratin treatment classes. Jaclyn is in love with the salon atmosphere and she can’t wait to see what the future holds. 

Joanna

Position: Front Desk Manager

Joanna is always ready to accommodate your appointment needs. She is highly knowledgeable in the variety of hair care lines we have to offer. Joanna enjoys seeing the end result of all the stylists talentwork. 

Melissa

Position: Salon Owner 

Melissa is the owner of Total concept. It has always been her dream to own a successful business, little did she realize when opening the salon how rewarding the  beauty industry can be.
